Hello.

You have meandered to my little corner of the web for reasons unknown, but while I have you here the least you can do is read some of my work.  If you like it, let me know.  If you don’t like it, let me know, but at least tell me why.  I’m a fledgling author who has aspirations of writing fantastical stories one day.  I’m trying to start small and get some feedback so if you have any, feel free.

I guess I should say something about myself.

My name is Charles Delucie, but i go by Chuck. I am going to school with a major in English.  My overarching plan is to teach high school English and hopefully, eventually, write professionally.  I play a bit of music, and eventually I will be adding that to the blog as I go.  My past musical conquests include Chandala, The Discipline Engine, Stand Out, and (briefly) the Owl, all fruitless bands in which I had an absolute blast.  The only current musical project I have going on is A Morning Grey, which of course is languishing under my horrible work ethic.

I don’t think there is anything else to say really.  I hope you enjoy anything that you read.

p.s.

The whole “words have teeth…” thing.  Words are supposed to reach out and grab you, they are supposed to do SOMETHING to you at least.  Things with sharp teeth are scary.  Words with teeth can be too.  Try to give your words teeth. I do.
